As a consultant and fractional CMO, Neve partners with high growth global businesses across hospitality, F&B, luxury and retail to deliver commercially grounded marketing, brand and business strategies.  

As Group Marketing Director and Board Member at Busaba, she worked directly with the CEO and Private Equity owners to deliver strategic growth across the estate; leading a major brand and digital transformation and multi-site pricing and commercial strategies. Her remit also included new market entry, product development, delivery strategy, the launch of two new concepts from ideation to opening, and the group’s expansion across MENA through franchising.

At Le Pain Quotidien, she led the global marketing function across 280 locations in 21 countries, spanning restaurants, retail, grab-and-go, catering, and e-commerce. She delivered a full international rebrand and repositioning, global franchising strategy, digital and CRM transformation, and strategic partnerships strategy - contributing to the largest EBITDA uplift in the company’s history.

Her agency background saw her delivering marketing and brand strategies for global names including Nike, Adidas, Burberry, Marc Jacobs, Agent Provocateur, YO!Sushi, The Restaurant Group, Scotch & Soda, VF Corp (Eastpak), while her early career at Unilever included brand management roles across household names such as PG Tips, Domestos, Dove, and McCain. 

Neve sits on Boards as a Non-Executive Director and Board Director, advising on brand, marketing, and new market growth strategy.
